STEEL SLEEPER LAYING MACHINES

Thomson Rail Equipment Ltd have developed a number of machines for laying steel sleepers.

The most basic model shown on the left works at up to 400m / hr to an accuracy of +/- 25mm on position rapidly setting the sleepers on the track bed ready for fine-lining but high speed and precision options are available.

A unique walking floor mechanism allows our machines to carry a number of sleeper packs.

Many options are available including self propelled models and precision placing options.

Each machine is tailored to the customer's own requirements and we will be pleased to discuss the options available in more detail.
